Uncompromising quality and adaptability
Documents
Upload up to 10 Word (.docx) and PDF (.pdf) documents  in each mailing job.
Certificate of Service traditionally prints to the following specifications: 8.5 x 11", 20# paper, black-and-white, and double-sided. However, we can print on colored paper (for ballots), with color ink, and/or single-sided if specified.
Within our professional print-to-mail facility, documents are produced on quality commercial-grade printers, then automatically folded and inserted into envelopes for mail.
Envelopes are determined based on page count and each contains a standard cover sheet.
Addresses may be uploaded by the user (“User Supplied”), imported from CM/ECF (“Master Mailing Matrix”), and/or added individually (“Manual”). Within the workflow, you may select multiple address sources.User Supplied addresses may be uploaded via TXT, Excel, or CSV. Mailings will be sent via First Class, Certified, or Overnight mail based upon your selection in the job upload process. Users may elect to send multiple classes of mail to an individual recipient. Return mail will be delivered to the address specified in the job upload process. All addresses run through the MoveUpdate database and the USPS CASS system to ensure accurate addresses and accelerate delivery (often by a day).
