In 2005, founders Jay and Kathryn Jump were running a successful consumer bankruptcy firm in Seattle when they identified a critical gap: no service existed to handle the small-batch mailings required for bankruptcy notices.
As a husband-and-wife attorney-paralegal team, they understood firsthand how manual notice processing drained valuable time from substantive legal work. Their search for an outsourced solution revealed that traditional mail houses wouldn't accept small-batch jobs, while in-house processing consumed hours of valuable staff time daily.
