What's included in the per page rate?
We include in our price the cost and preparation of the envelope for mailing, as well as the paper, toner, fuser, printing, folding, collating, inserting, sealing, document review, and the preparation of the ready-to-file Certificate of Service.
What are your turnaround times?
All mailings submitted before 3 PM EST and all rush mailings submitted between 3 PM and 7 PM EST will be processed and delivered to the post office same-day (excludes weekends and Federal holidays). All other mailings will be handled the following business day.
How does rush processing work?
On the Preferences screen of our mailing workflow, select “Rush” processing between 3 PM and 7 PM EST to ensure same-day processing.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
We don’t require minimum volume and welcome mailings of any size! There is, however, a minimum printing cost of $3.50 per mailing job.
Do you offer any postage discounts?
Consistent with the meter rate, we offer a $0.04 discount per stamp on envelopes under 3oz with a complete Postal Acknowledgment Form (PAF), which is accessible in your organization’s Billing settings.
How does billing work?
Clients are billed at the end of the day for all jobs completed that day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our platform is integrated with Stripe and can accommodate both credit cards and ACH. There is, however, a credit card convenience fee of 3.0% for all payments processed with credit cards.
